Shipping / Shipment:

1. All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed prior to shipping and include a tracking number.

2. We will not reimburse or replace items that were physically damaged during shipping.

4. All orders will ship out by US post office on first-class mail.

Return Policy :

- Please email us before you attempt to return any items for specific instructions.

- You must email us within 3 days after receipt (date shown on USPS delivery confirmation) of your intention to return an item and reasons for the return.

- Items must be postmarked within 7 days after receipt (date shown on USPS delivery confirmation)

Damaged Items :

- Contact us as soon as possible via email if an item is found to be damaged during delivery.

- You must email us within 3 days after receipt (date shown on USPS delivery confirmation) to notify us of the damaged product.

- Damaged items need to be returned for refund or exchange.

- Damaged items can be returned or exchanged if postmarked within 7 days after receipt (date shown on USPS delivery confirmation)

- Items must be returned in either the original shipping box or equivalent, appropriate, and safe packaging.

- All returned items must have USPS delivery confirmation added and include a tracking number. Please email the tracking number to us.

- We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail that were returned without a tracking number. No refund will be given.

- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and delivery confirmation.

- All received returned items fulfilling the above will be given a full refund of the purchase price and the original shipping and handling paid at the time of item purchase or appropriate exchange.

- You will receive your Full refund directly from Paypal.

Lost Items :

- To receive a refund for orders lost in the mail you must file a claim with the US Postal Service for more information.
