Returned purchases will be reimbursed for the amount of the original order only. No return shipping and handling will be refunded. Returned items will be credited immediately if they are received in good condition and complete and undamaged. Returned items must have a tracking number. It is highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance on any returned items.
- If an item is damaged during delivery, you must contact immediately. You have three days from the date that the tracking number shows you received the order to notify me of any damaged items in the order. I will refund your money for the damaged item if you purchased shipping insurance for the original order and if you return the damaged item within seven days of the date that you received the damaged item.
- To receive a refund for orders lost in the mail, you must have purchased shipping insurance on the order and you must file a claim with the Post Office for reimbursement through the shipping insurance. If you did not purchase shipping insurance on the order, then you will not qualify for a refund. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for any missing orders to arrive in the mail prior to filing your claim with the Post Office. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you will be able to follow the progress of the package.
- Items must be returned in either the original shipping box that they were received in or equivalent appropriate and safe packaging.
- I can not process a refund for a returned order lost in the mail and never received by me. It is highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance on any returned items along with a tracking number.
- I can not process a refund for a returned order damaged during return shipping. I will assist you with collecting a refund from the return shipping insurance. It is, therefore, highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance on any returned items.
